Dr. Alison Griesbach

MBBS, FRACGP, DipRANZCOG, Cert Advanced Clinical Hypnosis

Alison graduated from The University of Adelaide in 1998, with an MBBS, achieving the Dean’s list for academic performance. Later she attained her Dip RANZOG and FRACGP. She has over 20 years of experience in General Practice, working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. Alison offers a dedicated and holistic approach to your health. She is committed to providing the highest quality of care to all her patients.

Later Alison completed her Advanced training in Medical Hypnotherapy in 2021. Hypnotherapy is a safe and scientifically proven way to help us to heal our bodies and our minds. We all have the ability to go into hypnosis, in fact it is as natural as being absorbed in a good TV program or reading a good book. We can utilise that state of mind to make changes by letting the conscious critical mind take a back seat and allow communication directly with the subconscious. Having completed my advanced training in clinical hypnosis, with the South Australian Society of Hypnosis, I have found using hypnotherapy has changed the way that I practice medicine, and to my delight it has offered healing and relief to my patients and allowed them to access new ways of living and dealing with issues.
